How to Have a Great Day
If you are like me you have to have good productive days.
Instead of being victim by outside circumstances, or having your mind wandering, you can create an amazing and focused day for yourself.
So take a look at what you do in a day. Do you have your day already laid out to have a super productive day?
Take a look and challenge what you currently do to start your day. How you start your day defines a day.
What I want to challenge you to do is look at what you do in the morning. When you wake up what’s the first thing you think about and you do?
The way people set up their days is unconscious for most people that don’t have super productive days.
Here are 3 tips on how to create a start to a super productive day:
-Right when you wake up stretch your entire body.
-Set your intention first thing in the morning. What is your first conscious thought when you wake up?
-When you get out of bed, drink a big glass/bottle/liter of water.
-After drinking, do not eat for 45 minutes. Let the water flood your body before eating or drinking coffee. This alone will give you a great amount of energy at the start of your day.
If you wake up without a plan you wake up being pulled by the world. The people who are super productive have a plan. So take a look and examine what you do.
Create a great day. You have everything it takes to do that.
